12. each Shirt costs from 2.5 to 5€ to make, so just look at the profit they make, Vietnam made are better, Thailand is not as good they are probably the cheapest ones, so yeah i always buy mine for 10-15€ in markets selling them, just last weak got 2 new AC Milan shirts for 25€ each, a bit expensive but the quality on this ones are so damn good.
