  1. it is neither an honor nor a challenge to play for corrupt PSG, which has the support of the UEFA mafia, and in addition in the weakest league of the top 5 leagues of Europe. I am now waiting for the same comments that were made about Neymar when he left for Paris. Of course, I'm not really under the illusion that they will appear, because Messi/Barca fandom is full of hypocrites, so now the PSG narrative will definitely change for many since Messi went there. 🙂 But it will not change the facts: PSG can buy whoever it wants, it will still be more of a cluster of stars a la the first Real Galacticos, with an excess of ego, not a real, well-functioning team. Of course, they can win UCL, because they've been going a long way lately, but it will be rather like ''buying'' UCL. And they will win now as they won without Messi because they are simply packed with stars, but even more important – because the French league is a PSG backyard, nobody else counts there, there is no competition, last season was just an accident at work.

Simply the weakest league that is a fact. Serie A is much higher in terms of difficulty than the French league because Serie A is a very tactical, very defensive league, where it is difficult to score for forwards because of the defensiveness of the whole Italian football. And in general, Italian football is not too bad, since it was the Italians, who mostly play in their national league, who recently showed great football in the Euro final and won it. Plus, Juve has not been in charge for a long time, there are Atalanta, Milan, Inter, there has been a lot of changes there recently, in this league. The German league has the solidity and German organization, the Spanish has always ruled in terms of technical level, the English league is very competitive and physical, and in recent years also more and more subtle tactically. What does the French league have? There is nothing, it's just a farm of PSG, so getting a league title there is practically a formality for PSG. So no challenge for Messi, because with or without him, PSG is the favorite to win most of the trophies, winning in this lousy league. And it is also no problem to win UCL with such a star-packed team. Or at least that's what most of you wrote here, back when only Neymar from Barça played in Paris. Nothing's going to change now, or at least I doubt it. Maybe Poche will come up with something, but especially the teams from England are changing and arming themselves, they are getting stronger, so it will be hard for PSG in the UCL. Anyway, PSG is a corrupt, dirty creation, and UEFA turns a blind eye to many of their scams, no honor to play there. Messi already lost part of his image because he decided to go to PSG, and he had more offers because Messi himself mentioned it when saying goodbye that they were talking to "many clubs". Well, he chose PSG, he has Ney there, so you can understand that, but from a career point of view – a poor move.

  2. I bet Man City wish they can get a refund for Jack Grealish, 100M ??????

Man City should still have made an attempt to sign Messi, players like Messi come around once in a generation.

  3. Barca tried to play smart (politics) which will cost them dear, not only this season but years to come……..treating legends with such meanness and then stating that "club is bigger than anyone"………..who the fuck are they fooling??……..DID HE GOT THE FAREWELL HE DESERVED AFTER PLAYING FOR BARCA FOR 21 YEARS????????? WHY BUY MORE PLAYERS AHEAD OF MESSI CONTRACT SIGNING WHEN THEN KNEW THEIR IS AN ISSUE??????? BARCA ALWAYS USES PLAYERS LIKE TOILET PAPERS……..History says it all………..They will definitely lose a lot of fans worldwide

  4. Great,

now it's left to be seen how long Laporta has before his second vote of no confidence and resignation.

The major differences between Bartamaeo and Laporta are:

1 — Bartamaeo believes he doesn't know anything about football and is tremendously insecure about all football decisions and so changes his directors like he changes his shirt, eventually ending up with the likes of Eric Abidal — no experience and less common sense. Otherwise he knows how to run a business and took Barca from severe debt under Laporta to the sporting institution with the greatest income on the planet, ahead of ManU, Real Madrid and the Dallas Cowboys et al pre Covid-19.

Rossell was supposed to be the leader but the Madridistas took care of that — putting him in jail for a decade only to declare him innocent of all charges.

2 — Laporta is all showman and no substance. He models himself as the likable version of Florentino Perez not understanding that Florentino is the fascist dictator at Real Madrid and Barcelona is the ultimate democracy. He thinks he knows more than he does and believes his role is to be the 'face' of Barca and leave the workers to make things work. Last time Rossell and Bartamaeo made his presidency function until they couldn't anymore and he was effectively fired by a vote of no confidence. This time everyone outside of Barca, especially Florentino, knows he's an empty vessel that they can fill with whatever they want.

Hence Laporta, the self proclaimed saviour of Barca, the saviour without a plan, has handed PSG Messi on behalf of Real Madrid and, in a years time, Mbappe to Real Madrid on behalf of PSG

    compliments of FC Barcelona.

    On my part,

I knew Laporta was going to be bad. All I have to show for the knowledge is the 'I told you so's'.

  5. What a wonderful conference my dear Guillem, as always you cover all the important aspects about Messi, I always say to all my friends, Guillem is the best ???and your look very very nice??

  6. i dont want to see my club Real Madrid anymore…just give me a ticket in that stadium of PSG, they are now the dream come true.

  7. Messi leaves the 2nd best league NOT for the best, NOT for the 3rd best, NOT even for the 4th best BUT the 5TH best league in Europe!
Farmers league – that's his level now.
