  1. Playing Football is a Job just like any other Job. As a player you either got it or you don’t .. you know what I mean your either physical Strong and Mentally Smart or your just mainly plain Weak and Stupid The Coaches teach you the rules of the Game but they can’t make you smart and strong like I said you either got it or you don’t ! ! Size don’t matter look at Russell Wilson he’s not a giant QB and his throwing accuracy is Elite status If I was Raiders owner I would Bring in Wilson he’s fast he can escape the pocket mostly on every play Excellent Veteran QB 100-48-1 10 year Vet at 33 years old Pro Bowler year after year there’s no other QB I would trust besides Rodgers. Raiders need to get something going good luck ?

  2. Lack of integrity and leadership led to the disaster in Denver. Lach of character showed up in his handling of the Indy job opening. We are supposed to believe that somehow McDaniels has learned how to be a leader of men? I don't buy it, but you can't fault Raiders fans for wanting to believe it.

  3. It's unfairly short-sighted and pessimistic of you to think that a man can't change or learn between the ages of 33 and 45, having got a lot more life experience. Most first time HCs fail – it's a job you have to do in order to figure out how it needs to be done – even the great BB wasn't a first time success!

  4. He has it made in LV. They made the playoffs, they have young players and it is way warmer with a lot more things to do. LV was by far the best open HC job in a long time.

  5. He's getting a talented team with a Franchise QB.
If the resignings go well and they draft capably this year the Raiders will compete next year. Can't compare this opportunity to the previous Donkey experience.

  6. If Josh can make the Raiders consistently competitive over lets say 10 years, and compete for the Super Bowl a couple of years than he will look at as success. It's not a sprint but a marathon…

  7. When he went to Denver he wanted to be Bill we all know that is 1/1. But I hope he works out 15 years didn't mean shite because all are picks went bust

  8. I’m not a Raiders fan but think McDaniels will thrive with how similar Carr-Renfrow are with Brady-Edelman. Carr not as good as Brady but Renfrow
Is better than Edelman was at this point.

  9. In a way McDaniels helped the Broncos win the superbowl, by being so bad that he put us in position to draft Von Miller. Will he be more successful with the Raiders? No, it will be a trainwreck, and it will be amazing to watch.
