What he should do is continue where he is, and as United have a option to extend for another season be there again the next season as well, as no big club wants him atm, and as far as sporting Lisbon is concerned he's way too costly and where clubs are willing to pay wages is Arab clubs or maybe Chinese clubs or MLS, all not good enough for him. at United he's adored by fans, gets to play for a prestigious club and also gets good wages and a manager who wants him, I don't see a problem for him to see out his contract there.

  40. Sporting CP seems like the obvious option for him. They are in the CL and he would be returning to the place it started and I can't see him not being welcome there. They can't pay him what he is used to, but no one is willing to pay him that much in European football.
