Touchel is hurting Ziyech. He offers him at 10 million then 20 then at 25 and now at 44 million! He prefers to keep him on the bench rather than want him to excel elsewhere.
Touchel does not respect the players. You just have to see how he positions them as he wants on the pitch and not according to their choices and their personal qualities. They look like pawns.
