  1. 1. Georgia. National Champs, playing well – keep them at #1. Haven't done anything that indicates someone should 'clearly' be ahead of them.
    2. Tennessee. Best win of the season. Big follow up last week.
    3. Michigan. Better win versus similar 'top' competition to the upcoming #4….
    4. Ohio State. Almost lost to Notre Dame. Almost lost to Penn State. Their video game offense is one dimensional and will not change from week one to the final week…other teams let their offenses evolve throughout to keep teams off balance.
    5. TCU
    6. Alabama
    7. Clemson (feeling generous…ACC competition is way overrated)
    8. Anyone but a PAC 12 team
    9. Anyone but a Pac 12 team
    10. Anyone but a Pac 12 team

  2. Clemson in the top 4 is a joke. Eaking out wins versus highly over ranked ACC teams. Awful.
Also, Michigan's win over Penn St was far more impressive than Ohio State's victory…road win at Happy Valley at NOON does not factor in for me.
    Go Blue!

  3. Committee gets a D from me. We dropped because we had mostly field goals and sucked in the red zone. I can understand that but we were playing and emotionally charged game. We did what needed to be done to win. How we did it shouldn't have mattered.

  4. I am from Toledo Ohio. My family settled in that area as german immigrants and helped dredged out the maumee river allowing industry to develop there. So my entire family are Buckeye but in 1997 I fell in love with the Wolverines after seeing Charles Woodsen ran through all those scarlet uniforms like a maize n blue knife. #2 is the G.O.A.T in my opinion. No matter how many times they call me a traitor i will never love team like i love Michigan.

  5. From what I am listening to, the committee totally dinged our strength of schedule to date. We are 79th in the nation. We have only beat 1 top 25 team – Penn State. The out of conference games particularly hurt us- the first 3 garbage games. . The only way we are making the play off is going undefeated.

  6. Michigan has literally beat one rank team all year. You get no respect then yo out of conference games is hawaii, Colorado state, and Connecticut. If u want to be real TCU, Alabama, and Clemson should be over Michigan. Michigan can't beat Ohio state, Clemson, Georgia, Alabama, or Tennessee

  7. I think the #5 ranking is a good thing. It doesn’t have any real material meaning at all and maybe it’ll serve as some motivation the rest of the year. Just continue to win and it won’t matter.

  8. They’re setting it up to get 3 sec teams in the final 4. Which is why they put Tennessee at number 1 and ga at number 3. Ga wins tenn drops to 3 or 4. Bama beats ga in sec championship which puts Bama at 3. Final rankings Michigan/osu. Ga. Bama. Tennessee

  9. GA Bama and OSU better worry more about Clemson then us. If clemson tennesee and uofm win out which is highly likely all 3 of those "best teams" will be fighting for that 4 spot hahhahahahahahaha Tennesse UofM Clemson GA in that order
