Bhabindra malla thakuri nepali players who played for indian army football from many years orignally from bharatpur, nepal had joined national closed camp for afc asian cup qualifiers few days ago. Today he said that he will choose his family future over the carrer and nepal football politics, which means that’s he willnot be a player for afc asian cup qualifiers 2023 which will held in kuwait from june 2023.

Nepal football preparing for Third Round Asian cup qualifiers . Closed camp started from Baishak 2 at dasarath stadium , kathmandu . 24 Players has been called for closed camp. Abduallah Almutairi head coach of nepal eye for the asian cup and his third mission is on the way as a nepal mens football coach. Nepal is preparing to play two friendly games aganist afghanisthan in doha, qatar before playing afc asian cup qualifiers games.

In JESTHA 11 & 15 anfa and afghanisthan schedule the friendly match between two countries.

In a draw of afc asian cup qualifiers 2023 third round Nepal placed at group A along with kuwait, jordon and indonesia. In this group kuwait will host the qualifiers match.

For Nepal its not a new country to play on , before this nepal played asian cup , friendly match and world cup qualifiers match in kuwait so nepali players know the ground very well but its challenging because in a group nepal has to face asian giants like kuwait and jordon where indonesia will be the new country for nepal.

Afc asian cup qualifiers will start from june 2022.
